Biography
Dr. Shelley is a tenured Professor in the Department of Public Health Policy and Management and the founding Co-Director of the Global Center for Implementation Science at the NYU School of Global Public Health. an implementation scientist She conducts translational, policy-relevant research that aims to accelerate implementation, sustainability and scale up of tobacco use treatment in safety net health care delivery systems in the US and Vietnam. This research has been funded by the NCI, NIDA, NHLBI, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, and the New York State Department of Health.
